职位描述:
Responsibilities:
-Manage the subordinate to carry out port inspection activities in consistent with Standard Operation Procedure and company's policies;
-Lead the port operation to achieve the set errorobjectives and KPI;
-Assist in the realization of re-enforcing training and multi-skill training to ensure port inspectors can be continually refreshed, competent for the assigned jobs and to keep high productivity and reasonable utilization rate of the port;
-Pererrorform on-site surveillance to ensure inspection is done to fulfill or even exceed client's requirements;
-Review and appraise the pererrorformance of port subordinate.-Approve the local expense of port inspectors;
-Hold regular port meeting for better communication, understanding, alignment and improvement;
-Assist district manager to establish port culture based on company's mission, commitment and policies;
-With the assistance of program executive, handle special queries and complaints from clients or other parties;
-Pererrorform any job-related assignment as required.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/Textile principle;
-Above 5 years related working experience with above 2 years management experience in Quality Control in factory/trading company is preferable, experience with Compliance Auditor is an advantage;-Good command of English;
-Good communication.
