- You practise sports regularly.- You have higher education qualifications.- You know the production shoes environment: you work in a production line or in Laboratory of a shoes factory for more than 3 years.- You have a basic technical knowledge on Shoes Production Process- You are energetic, responsible, and organised. - Your strengths are a team spirit and a helpful manner.- You have a hand on approach, and know how to make decisions.- You speak fluent English and Chinese.
Mission :
- As a member of the Decathlon production teams, and in close relation with Process Purchaser and product engineers, you have Passion Brand products produced by validated suppliers, with the guarantee of an exclusive value for money/quality/availability ratio.. - You set the transfer price of your products for your customers, and you check the level Quality for finish Good and supplier's factories.- You are responsible on Quality system and follow up in one defined supplier, you do analysis on defective shoes and work with factory to define the continuous improvement.
Technical Know How required:Be able on the production line to control the production process and adjust the production errorparameters for cutting , stiching , out sole part as well as for the final assembly of the shoes.
