Main responsibilities: ? Assisting GM to exactly and effectively implement strategy plan
? Responsible for the company's sale and be in charge of exporting to Asia-Pacific especially exporting toAustria ? Responsible for market expanding, sales process control and sales planning
? Ensure the fulfillment of sales and profit target, realize the company's well run and continuous development
? Assisting GM in general management, such as management of company daily administrative affairs.
? Accountable to operation procure management including sale, supply chain, quality, cost controlling and etc.
Working experiences ? Be rich of experience in management in a small/medium sized company (100 employees) in manufacturing environment, experience in aluminium processing/metallurgy is prefer
? Ready to travel international
? A top manager with strong ability of communication and strategic-thinking
? Strong leadership with pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and action
? Knowledge of German is desirable
Age: Above 33
Educational qualification: University degree with technical background
Language: Good command of English (spoken and written)
Personality: ? Highly credible, professional with strong degree of integrity
