MISSION 工作职责:
· Ensuring product quality through the deployment of the control plans 通过控制体系保证产品质量
· Ensuring the quality of the supplier (quality and social) 确保供应商的质量和社会责任达到我们的要求
· Guarantee process stability 控制生产流程的稳定性
· Managing the continual improvement of products (applying the PRT method for finding solutions to problems) and suppliers (Lean Management)
不断改善产品和供应商的水平
PROFILE 要求:
· You practice sports regularly 经常进行体育运动
· You have education qualifications above college 大专以上学历· You work in sole factory for 5-10 years, preferred with sole mould development experience 5到10年大底厂工作经验，有底模开发经验优先
· You are energetic, responsible, and organized 有活力，负责，有条理· Your have strong team spirit and a helpful manner 你喜欢团队合作，乐于助人· You have a hand on approach, and know how to make decisions 你具有敬业精神，懂得如何做决定· You are removable and flexible 你具有灵活应变能力
· You speak fluent English and Chinese 中文英语口语流利
